How to get the signature box
Complete Outfit
All complete outfits ship in The Signature Box. There's no code or click necessary. Purchase the entire outfit and you'll automatically receive The Signature Box.
Qualified Order
All orders over $200 (after discount) will ship with The Signature Box. This includes outfits, individual items, accessories, and sales. Just purchase $200+ and you're in!
Considerations
Like most things in life, there are a few rules we need to make you aware of:
Qualifications
Complete Outfits - the entire outfit must be purchased in order to qualify for The Signature Box
Qualified Orders - Orders over $200 qualify for the signature box. Final purchase amount must be $200 or more, after all applicable sales, discounts, discount codes, promotions.
Shipping
There are no additional fees or shipping costs for the signature box.
Our standard shipping policies still apply. (Remember orders over $150 get free shipping!)
Returns
Our full return policy does still apply, including the following conditions:
If the returned products make your final purchase amount all below the $200 qualified order level, we will deduct $7 from your return.
If you return your entire order and fail to return The Signature Box, we will deduct $7 from your return.
Our goal is to always treat you fairly, and we ask the same of you.
